Sarles & Ouimet’s transactional practice is as varied as any other of the firm. Our attorneys have extensive experience advising high tech companies concerning domestic and international technology licensing-research and development, outsourcing and joint ventures; and sales, distribution and licensing agreements. We have assisted clients making private placements and forming investment trusts, and with promotions and advertisements.
